Thanks to G-man I got the shocks apart on my 64 dream. Retaining nuts took a good amount of heat to get off. Problem with this is being that close to the plastic covers they started to melt a bit. I went metal covers anyways but for those who need to use heat I would make sure to protect them with something.
Seal size was 9x26.4x10
I took apart 3 sets. 2x dream shocks and 1xca95. Ca95 covers upper and lower are the exact same as a dream. Now 2 of the sets when I got them apart did not have the slots shown in G-mans pics and look to have been pressed in possibly. Luckily the 1 set that did have the slots came off the bike itself so I made a similar took to remove those. Pulling apart I just used the shock hooked on both sides of a large vise.
Upper metal parts are powdercoated but still have to paint and clear the lower to match the rest of the "silver" on the bike. When I get it all done I will show pics.
No I just need to figure out how to make the fronts serviceable

As a little update to this thread - I think that these should be suitable fro the Dream shocks
9 x 26.4 x 10
https://simplybearings.co.uk/shop/p1531 ... _info.html
And the 9 x 27.2 x 10 Seals CL72 and CB160

Unfortunately, I cannot find anything for the late CL77 dampers which use a seal of 10 x 27.2 x 10. Hence my seal holder shown earlier in this thread.
