The All Balls Kit comes with two seals and two spacers. The goal is to measure the height of the lower cup, balls, and cone setup and mimic that by using one of the two supplied spacers. I was able to get it within 0.020" of the original height. This is a great update and is light years ahead of the old setup. Plus it is an upgrade that no one can even tell that you did by looking at the bike.
