I found this very helpful in curing some of my idiocy regarding carbs.
Don't know if it has been posted before.

That's not a bad book. They published a few editions over the years but it does cover the basics quite well.
Do you happen to have a link to where it's stored on the web, so that others can download a copy if they are interested? I can't remember where I grabbed my copy.
