I believe the o-rings that go on the carb flange and the carb insulator are the same size, 28.5mm.
The two in my carb rebuild kit fit properly. There are two in my gasket set that are close, but too small.
I looked up the cmsnl parts fiche and the 28.5mm one (91301-253-000) has been superseded by 91302-PF0-003 which is 26.9mm. They are too small.
Anyone know what is going on here?
O-ring confusion...
Good info. If you just google the size you can get them here....

What part number did you order? Was the O-Ring (91301-253-000) that you wanted for the Insulator? OR the Carb Flange? The one on my insulator seems "Smashed" and I was going to replace it. My bike a '65 CA77 Dream won't start and I am now thinking that it is a fuel related issue now and just "maybe" it is sucking air there? I Suppose that is possible.R100 wrote: Thanks for that Graham.
