New higher bars has shortened throttle cable

i got some new bars for my 305 dream. the ones that came with it were bent and the ones i bought on ebay from thailand were child size and had too many holes.

found an excelent pair later on ebay however they rise about 2 1/2 inches higher than the originals and have streched my throttle cable and when i turn to the right the cable revs the engine and thats not good.

i don't know the length nof the stock cable but if anyone knows of a honda cable # that is at least 5 inches longer than the stock ca77 cable and can be attached to the stock carb components i would really appreciate the good news
