Looks like the exact same picture to me, it just costs more.
My new past time is to search ebay for parts. I found you need to check around before buying. I picked up a used starter from ebay, and it was just wanted, it shipped right away and worked great. Other things are not so much of a deal like the one you just listed. I found Retro Bikes from a post here. I ordered flat bars from them and they were prompt in replying and sent the order out right away. I plan to do more business with them.
