1966 Honda CA77 - Premium Fuel

I timed up my bike, according to Ed's Law. Took it around the neighborhood just to make sure it was working fine, still ok. So today, I decided to bring it to work 20 miles away, freeway speeds. She ran great all the way. Went to lunch, started to miss and backfire, maybe 5 miles away. Was able to fight it all the way back to work, another 5 miles, still missing and backfiring. Did my timing move, could it be the fuel, did I foul a plug, because it is mainly coming from the right side. Any suggestions, I will begining working on it after I trailer it back home.
