Does the CB72 use the type 22 carby ?

It uses a 22mm carb with power jets.
Most were/are oval bowl up to 1964 (?).
The CL72 used the 22mm carb but all had square bowls and no power jet and were stamped CL72A on the mounting flange.
The 250 Dreams used the 22mm carb and are stamped on the top of the mounting flange. ....................lm

Just Checking my carbs this week and noted your post .
My Carbs are stamped CL72 B any idea of the change made from "A" to "B".

I've had the "B" issue and didn't see any actual facial difference to the "A".
HONDA parts books/fiche don't give any number (frame/engine) info for the A to B issues.
Not much to go by with these carbs. ..............lm
