That's not difficult, I'm a system architect, and I have to travel to costumers where the prototype is placed (mostly brewers or beverage industries). I want to clean up my own sh.., if I made a few assumptions that don't work in practice I want to fix it and learn why it's not working the way I thought it would be. Most company are not in the neighborhood (Belgium (duvel), France (desperado), Germany (different company's), Italy (San Pellegrino) and Spain (Heineken).
