It's that jet holder/emulsion tube that has cross drilled bleed holes.

I have one on the way from ohio cycle but yeah i plan on cleaning them up so i can have it as a spare. Thanks for the drill sizes
I havent tried starting it as i'm waiting on clutch parts but once those arrive and the motor is back together i'll let you guys know whats up.
I don't really know where to start with the cl72 carb on a 90cc engine ha.
