Can you explain you problem a little more, please?

The jets have screwdriver slots in them so it is just a matter of unscrewing them. If they are corroded you may need to soak in carb cleaner. I use an ultrasonic cleaning bath to free up things like that.

carb jets

well,I used poor choice of words. I dissembled carb.Inside the carburetor there are 2 holes with small brass holes, I assume they are for fuel to expel if the float is set too rich. I got a new complete carb kit. and I don't think you touch those 2 holes. If you are viewing carb . right side up they are about half way up on the sides. thanks

If I follow you correctly, those are vent holes and they are not designed for removal. If you turn the carb right side up you should see a small cast tube with a little hole near the top that corresponds to one those hole(s) in the roof of the fuel chamber.
