so after soaking with carb cleaner, i tried to apply a little upward pressure to get the piece that is attached to the cable (sorry bad with names and dont see a name on my service manual) that goes up and down behind the choke. throttle plate is what i believe the car equivalent to be. anyway, it was stuck and i was trying to pry up and smashed this little tube a bit, tried to reshape it and it tore a little, will this affect anything too much? i have an extra set of carbs that came with the bike that are very dirty and dry, would rather keep this one if it isnt messed up, ordering carb rebuild kits when i get paid, then i need to get a petcock rebuild kit or at least a ring, some fuel hose, and i may actually be able to move this thing!honda305.com Forum
