hey, not sure if you have picked anything up yet, but the bill silver cd-rom has the entire honda shop manual on it, plus lots and lots of bonus material. WELL worth it, and really the only reference you need

the air tubes are available as a repop on ebay....seems like from 30-60 bucks. i know tim mcdowell has them at his site, not sure if the thai ones are any good....i have the k&n filter, it fits well, but is going to require some jetting changes....i am thinking about getting one of the repop rubber ...

looks like you might want to go ahead and manufacture one. my shop manual shows a "4 prong special tool" but it is a t-handle affair tightened with a hammer with no apparent way to measure torque value.

im sure someone has a better answer than me.
