Getting your motor "unstuck"

Have you tried getting the motor loose? With that low of mileage, the internals should be new. If it was in a basement, the cylinders may be alright even though it seems stuck. Make sure the transmission is not in "two gears". I got a Dream with the tranny locked up and I thought I would have to dro...

A picture would help identify what flasher you have. You could have some corrosion in your wiring connections that are affecting the flasher. If I am not mistaken that is also what happens to the internals of the flasher itself. Back in the day it would just get replaced. I think I read somewhere th...

Dream Handlebars

How does your bike ride with the straight handlebars? I have a set that I bought to put on a slightly mod'ed Dream but, wondered how it would handle.

Dream price

Plus 1 on Tango and lrutt. If you check eBay completed listing, you will find that what are described as good runners go pretty regularly for as low as $1,500 to $2,000. I wish it weren't so but, that is reality. Odds are that known tranny problem will likely being accompanied by a number of others....

When You Buy a Dream

First things first. Do you have the title? If not, don't put any money or effort into it until you have that pink slip. First step: Have your DMV do a 50-state check to make sure the frame number (not the engine number) does not show up on a "stolen" list somewhere. When you have the title in hand, ...
