I just ordered some from an eBay vendor after he confirmed the .90 pitch. I will report back.

Dynamo cover screws

Wow! Quite a bit of chatter on this topic since I posted 1 week ago. I emailed mrmegapack last Friday asking if they shipped to the US - no answer. I just re-checked my screw and it is the .90 pitch; so it would seem that the David Silver item would not be correct. G-Man, do I understand you correct...

Dynamo cover screws

G-Man and revlover, Thanks to both of you for these leads. Not sure which would be best. I believe that the Honda 5016 within the part number indicates a 5mm thread of 16mm length (feel free to correct me). So if the threads are correct, this would work fine with some massaging. The mrmegapack screw...

Dynamo cover screw 5mm, .90 pitch, 12mm long

Late CA77 (CA78), dynamo cover screw as described (5mm, .9 pitch, 12mm length, oval head with beveled shoulder). Any suggestions on where to begin sourcing this? Most postings on this topic are pretty old. Any current input would be appreciated. I'll use the old screw rather than tap but I'd cut off...

Those are not oval head with the required bevel. (I know, old thread.)

clutch plates

Yes. I expect to have clutch plate issues and asked about this in another thread. Since I'm prepping the bike for sale, I really want everything to be functioning properly for any potential buyers.

Clutch removal

1-Will the left exhaust need to be removed to remove the left side case?
2-I anticipate the need of an impact tool to break loose the case screws. Some of the case screws are recessed a bit. How do I break these loose without scratching the case paint?

Thanks, Angel
