You asked about wiring previously, a green wire?, that is usually ground on Honda, 12v is usually black.

I also have a link with that part of Wiltshire, I used to visit Collingbourne Kingston quite often.

I made a puller, then when under tension applied some heat to the filter body, it made quite a bang when it finally released.

That has a 1965 cl77 front fender and sprocket & looks like a 1967 side stand. The red seems darker....
