I had a similar seized engine to yours, using 'coca cola' to try and release, I used a piece of angle iron across diagonal studs, drilled and tapped the angle with M10 and used a bolt to press down on the piston with a piece wood between, I have heard people say use a hammer to knock the piston down...

Graham eBay seller 'Megapacks' used to sell M5 JIS in various lengths and head styles, I just looked and they do not have any listed at present but it might be worth contacting them. I may still have some.

It's always best to use an on-line storage area for pictures (Photobucket etc.) then post a link to the picture in the message, this saves storage space for Michael Stoic who provides this Forum, it also helps prevent some of these over large pictures which appear from time to time.
