I have a 305 dream that was driving out of 2nd gear on anything other than a light throttle. On stripping the box I couldn’t see anything damaged or worn. On selecting the gears and looking at the dog engagements I could see 2nd gear was only about 30% engaging on the dogs. Researching this I learnt...
