I saw some carbs & carb bodies for sale pulled from CB72. Those will then fit CB77 with correct jettings.

Carb bodies
Hi
Are the carb bodies same for all years & models (CB77, CB72, CL72, CL72)?
I have two left side carbs. Need to get a right side body to match up.

All splines has lose gears. None of the gears has any friction fit to the splines. Since the gears are move somewhat freely there will be wear on the splines over time. For example the primary gear on the crank shaft is held in place by a spring washer to keep it moving to the sides. The clutch bask...

Dry rust. Soak in diesel for some time and try to lösning the bafflles slowly.

It is usually not a good idea to knock out baffles. The sheet metal in the silencers are fairly thin and may be bent. That causes the baffles to get stuck really hard.

the no 17 in the picture is of some reason referred as kick start bushing but in reality it is placed on the first and second gear in the gearbox.
