Slow/idle jets for CL77 at higher elevation
Hi everyone, I've been having idling issues with my newly rebuilt engine, so I checked the slow/idle jets and the right hand cylinder (which was not running properly) had a blockage in the slow jet! After some work I cleaned it out, and while the bike runs now it still is not idling great no matter ...

Re: AGM replacement batt recommendations?
Hey Guys, I am happy to report that the MB5U MotoBatt 12V battery fits in my CL77 perfectly and is putting out 12.5 V. If you're looking for an AGM battery for this bike, definitely considered this battery as an option although it is rather expensive. We'll see how it holds up over time even though ...

AGM replacement batt recommendations?
I've been online searching for an AGM replacement battery for my '67 CL77, and found that physical sizes vary greatly. Batteries Plus sold me one that would not fit, so I'm hopeful one of you kind folks can provide a vendor and part number of a battery that will fit my bike. High Tech Battery Soluti...

I'm doing a frame up restoration on a '67 Honda CL77 and as part of this build I plan to install a new Sparck combo regulator-rectifier. After inspecting the original rectifier and how it is installed, I'm a bit stumped on how to go about installing the new combo unit as they are quite different (se...

Trying to find CL77 front fork boots 51611-273-010
I have seen some discussion on this topic in the past, but there doesn't appear to be anything out there in recent years and I'm hoping you can help. I'm trying to find some CL77 front fork boots #51611-273-010 for my frame up restoration project of a '67 scrambler. The closest thing I can find on E...

Trying to find CL77 rear sprocket and drive chain
Does anyone know where I can obtain a new 40T rear drive sprocket and 100 link drive chain? I hate to ask, but I've come up empty on Ebay and my Honda Parts Book does not list the part numbers for my 1966 CL77. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your referral to Seattle Speedometer as I was unaware this was an option.
