You might want to check the petcock screen for debris. It sounds like it might be flowing just enough to keep the main jets covered but not the low speed jets which are higher in the bowls. Vince, thanks for the info. I spoke to mega cycle and they have the springs and retainers. valve spring retainers
I was reading this thread and saw where you referenced using APE titanium valve spring retainers. I am curious what application they are for? I talked to them and they do not make any thing for our CB77. I am building a modified engine and would appreciate any info you could provide. Thanks, Doug
