Yep, you have to put the sleeve in from the other side of the hub. It took me a few hours of messing around with it to figure it out too.

The axle did fit before and I have measured it to make sure. The axle sleeve wasn't going through the bearing when I put it together, so that has got to be the problem! Rzgkane, I didn't have to pry anything apart to get the wheel back on.

#5 goes through #28 (oil seal) and I believe stops at (#33) the wheel bearing. Is #5 supposed to go inside the bearing or stop at the bearing? If so, that would give it an extra inch or so.

All I have on the left side is the spacer and chain tensioner. The sleeve, spacer (#6 in the picture above), and the chain tensioner are on the right side of the axle. Something just isn't fitting right. It all fit together correctly before I dissembled it and there are no new parts. I will post ano...

You mean #6 in the picture for the spacer, right? To me, it seems like the sleeve (#5) is not going in far enough into the hub. If anyone else has a pic they can take for me for reference that would be great. Thanks for your help guys!
