Very nice,Paul. You seemed to have restored the complete bike in less time than it took me to disassemble my CB72/77. I hope you continue to post pictures of your restorations. I really like the C100 C200 bikes. Some day I hope to find a C110 reasonably priced.

I think the bike you are referencing will freewheel. Bikes made in this era had a Bendix Brake. There is no picture of the bike that would indicate if it is there (just a lever coming from the rear hub with a sheet metal strap fastened around the frame), but I would be surprised if it was not origin...

Anybody that knows anything about restoring motorcycles knows that you use an EXTERIOR wall switch for that. (Sorry,I had to do that). But I have spent time, out of the only life I have, grinding the glob of weld off the kickstarter and gear selector shafts that some genius decided would fix a strip...
