I am considering pulling the engine and trying to fix the upshift 1st to 2nd problem, which has gotten worse recently. Can confirm I just fitted one to my 1964 SuperHawk.  Its not a drive fit in the casing though.  I used loctite and also drilled and tapped a hole that holds a locating screw, (half in the bush and half in the casing)
