Front Brake light Switch

Hey guys, I am finishing up putting my 65' dream together (it came in boxes), does anyone have a picture or could give a brief description of how the brake light switch for the front hand brake is actuated and wired? I have the foot pedal figured out, but I don't see a spot to mount a front brake li...

1965 CA77 Carb settings

Hey guys,

First time tearing into a carburetor on a motorcycle and of course I forgot to determine where my start point was on my air mix screw, as well as my throttle stop.
What would be a good starting point (as far as turns) from a fully seated position?

Thanks!

Dallas/Ft. Worth Vintage Bike Mechanic

Loose starter chain

Is there a way to adjust/ tighten my starter chain? There seems to be a lot odd slack in my chain. So much so that at certain times I can hear the chain whip the inside of the right hand cover. Honestly not sure if this is a real issue as I am in the process of getting the bike back on the road but ...

Re: Carb slide sticking

Great info! I will run down this checklist and see if that helps. Bodie, What I have done in be past on my CL is lightly sand the culprit aluminum carb slide sleeve with a super fine sand paper and a light oil to capture any material. But I also have done these things listed in the past when the sti...
