Looks newer than you are thinking, unless it's a Frankenhonda... The bike looks like a CD200 Roadmaster or something else in that series, vintage 1980 to date in various portions of the world. There might have been CD185s in the late 70s, the CM185T (which uses the same engine) was released in the U...

A great deal of the parts for a C77 will not work on a C76. Everything electrical is different, the 77s are 12V, the 76s are 6V. The frame, side panels, etc are different to allow for the oil tank and different sized battery. Your handlebars have been replaced with the USA style (yours should be the...

Yes, 1960 CA72 (USA) if tubular handlebars, 1960 C72 (non USA) if pressed metal handlebars. There are very few of the 1960 models, since that was the first year of the wet sump engine with 12V electrical. Yours is the 175th off the line, though they must have screwed up two engines, since the frame ...

The bikes you list would seem like likely fits. The gasket pictures I find for 18391-259-000 show a red o-ring type gasket. The C723963 gaskets I am trying to ID are black and about 1.5" long with a large collar on one end. It looks similar to one I got for a C100 exhaust pipe. I've seen the gasket...

Wow thats very cool! The number on it: C72E-A10046 means its the 46th one made thats low man. Realy cool find. There actually were very few of the wet sumps in any configuration built in 1960 (that's what the 'A' means, a 1960 model, following them running out of digits when '9' past away at the en...
