Re: Replacing drive chain cb77
Well I got the "hard" part done easily enough, replaced the chain and noticed I had a spare 15T front sprocket lying around so I just threw it in there. Surprising how much smoother the bike pulls with a new chain and sprocket. Waiting on a replacement 32T rear from sprocket specialists now, and wil...

Replacing drive chain cb77
Hey all, My drive chain broke yesterday and I was incredibly lucky it slid out the back instead of locking up the front. Is there a way to replace a drive chain on a cb77 without removing the exhaust and kickstart cover? I know the easy one if your old chain is still attached you can link them and p...

I swapped in the new lever but the fuel lever cover plate that seals against the wavy washer and 4-hole rubber gasket was not putting enough pressure to get a seal, and fuel was leaking. CB77 fuel lever snapped!
I've got a 1964-ish CB77 and the other day the fuel lever just snapped! You can see for yourself here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JX9-eAIVJsumUW5BqpB-XkygoVQ5iI54/view?usp=sharing I am hoping that I don't need to replace the entire fuel tap, it works great and doesn't leak. I am hoping to find ...

Hi mate, if your gumtwo guy insist it is correct, maybe he can supply you the dimensions of the next one in his supply chain and you can check it that way. I sometimes need to use a hairdryer to fit them if they are tight, but two inches sounds a lot! Come on guys. I find it hard to believe that no...

Hi mate, looks like a standard seat cover to me. I think the upswept front type was for the USA market, but plenty of bikes in the USA and the rest of the world had the flat type so you should have no trouble recouping your cash outlay. You might have to get your local guy to make one for you. Chee...
