Sorry for the delay. I have a newborn and time is scarce. Just started on it again. I can turn the sprocket in nuetral, but can't in gear. When in gear, I can pull the clutch lever, and can't turn it either, which I thought was odd. I'm having issue removing the transmission side of the case cover, ...

1969 honda 305 (locked up motor)
I have a buddies 305 engine sitting on my shop table (he stated it's locked up), but it looks great.. .any chance we have a transmission issue? Where to start?

It'd be awesome if this site had a place to post general questions asking for help. For example, I have a buddies 305 engine sitting on my shop table (he stated it's locked up), but it looks great.. .any chance we have a transmission issue? Where to start?
