Found this kit on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/AB-Stearing-Bea ... e6&vxp=mtr also found an extra nos 53212-200-305 lower race in my parts if you are still looking.

You are correct, you will not need the two black oval gaskets in middle right green cylinder head cover gasket. You will need to get the o-ring between the intake manifold and head. The original part # 16173-202-004, superseded # 16173250004.

You should be good to go, usually any points for a CB-160 will fit the plate.
