is the plug wet? give it like 10-20 kicks and if the spark plug isn't wet with gas then theres something wrong with the carbs or the line to em is clogged. gas tends to leave a waxy thick residue when it is left out and gets old or are your float bowls even filled with gas? i'd say clean up the carb...
