bushing that the kick starter goes thru ,does anyone know where to get and what else will fit 64 305 dream ,bushing in cover is shot ,yogi

i have just put new pistons and rings in and a valve job, but the book i have does not have any torque specs for the head, can anyone help, its a 1964 honda 305 dream, thanks yogi64
