Removing CA77 Engine
Thanks, Dianne. I tried a box end wrench for the inside nut but it was too long and didn't fit. Hopefully, I can find a "stout" one that will fit. Nothing else will work because there is very little space (maybe 2" gap) in between the two inside nuts, so nothing with a socket will work. I tried a bo...

Removing CA77 Engine
I need to remove a CA77 engine to work on it. There are 4 bolts that hold it to the frame: two on top and two on bottom. The top two are easy, but the bottom two are very rusty and difficult to access (the nuts are inside the pressed metal frame). How do I remove the lower two bolts and what tool do...

Honda Cub
Thanks, Randy. I was concerned that there might be subtle differences between the two. As far as what I need, I need quite a bit. That's why I was looking for a parts bike. I have the frame, front fork, swingarm, motor, carb and a few other items, and that's it. I need wheels, plastic, seat, handleb...

Honda Cub
This is a long shot. I typically work on CA77s, but I'm hoping someone on this forum (many of whom are experts with old Hondas) can point me in the right direction. I have a 1964 CA100 Cub 50cc that has the frame, engine and some other items, but is missing quite a few pieces including wheels, exhau...

How much for a Dream tank?
It has to be a mistake of some sort. Probably one digit too many. The bids were from fairly new ebay members, and it looks like one or more of them may have been international (all suspicious factors). That sale is bound to fall through. If not, I'm contacting the winning bidder and sell him any par...

CA77 Tires
Thanks, Brewsky. These look like good sources for buying tires. The Shimko looks like a good deal. I had asked my question because I had come across a person who has several new Dunlop ribbed tires that are 3.00 x 16 that I could get for cheap. So I thought maybe I could use them on my CA77s or perh...
