Just got my spokes back from plating and trying to make sure I get them sorted correctly. I've got 4 types of spokes. A/B seems to be whether the head is 45 degree or 90 degree so that one's easy. All of the spoke's step down in diameter as they more away from the hub, but some of them step back up ...

I had the same badges crack on install. I had just read this thread too and was being extra careful. I'm going to live with them as is for awhile and then try again at some point. Please let me know if you find a fix for keeping them from cracking.

I just powder coated everything including the tank. We used a 90% gloss black and silver with a clear powder coat. The coating came out really nice.
