I have a complete 350cc overbore that is on my 305 now. I would trade even for stock parts as i do not need the added power. Swap would include cylinders and pistons, cylinder head. Please note that you will have to make your own head gasket out of copper. Also the spigots (bottom of the cylinders) ...
