Re-ran hot dry and hot wet tests, this time with air filter off:
141, 149..dry
150, 150..wet
But I'm wondering now if I had the tester snugged up enough on the 141 reading!
Time for another test.

You can find a nice restored later model year 72 - 76 for that kind of money in the US if you have patience. But a 70 model is more collectabile, and if your luck is like mine, you won't be able to find a better deal on a similar model till AFTER you buy this one! Check for signs of a leaking head g...

Wonder if this statement from the specs means it is not compatable with "green" ethanol enhanced gas?
"These quick disconnect fittings utilize Nitrile (Buna N) o-rings and may not be compatible with some race fuels"

There is no groove available in this setup. The mufflers slip over the pipes easily, but not enough room for a gasket between them. Seems like every picture I've seen of these show black soot in front of the joint, and mine does also. I'm toying with copper header gaskets to see if they they can be ...
