FIXED thanks to all your input i was able to fix this problem. i took off the drive gear at the wheel, cleaned it, lubed it, put it on correctly, tightened axle nut properly, lubed the inner speedo cable, and now she is running as it should. thanks for all the advice in such a timely and helpful man...
