Fork removal all but bottom seal
I was able to make modify a spanner wrench and remove the cap and get all but the bottom seal our #5 on the assemble chart the clip #8 came off and all pulled out but the seal so far I have not been able to get it out Does any know where I could get the right fork 51520-273-010s R/H that may be plan B

You don't need to post in more than one section as were easily confused..... :-) G Close to many year project on my 67 Cl77 One of the front forks is jammed and will not move up and down Has anyone taken the bottom seal off looks like there may be a special tool ...

Front fork jammed
I found a 2010 post by Snakeoil with good detail on the fork disassembly
He tapped out the slider with a small steel punch then made a wrench called a 2 pin spinner wrench used for reassembly
Anyone know where such a wrench could be found ?

Front fork jammed
One of the front forks is jammed
I'm looking for information to disassemble the bottom of the fork to see whyit is locked up
Looks like there is a threaded seal with two small pint holes for a special tool to be used to unscrew it and access the spring area
Any input is welcome
