I have several CL72/77 frames/bikes here and have yet to see the welded on bracket on any CL72 and the frames with the welded on bracket are 1967 issued CL77. .........lm

Found out that the CL72 / 77 didn't use these clamps for the winker relay. the relay is attached to a welded mount directly on the frame. That means that the frame is different.
