Ok, I figured it out, duh. I adjusted them on the wrong (intake) stroke! No wonder it was down on power! It'll be done after dinner!

Yup, that's all it was. Very quiet running now. Next, I need to dial in the carbs. Not running quite right. The plugs are slightly black. Doesn't like a lot of throttle. I'm running pods and an aftermarket exhaust. Sounds and feels rich with some backfire.

Sorry, I don't know. I had a painter color match my original fender. It's of course a modern 2 stage enamel with clear. He was a bit secretive about it when I first asked.
