I tucked them in pretty tight so it should be ok - needless to say there will be no quick rides in shorts on this one!

Byrdman, would you be willing to make another set? How much would it cost? I think my buddy Deez would be interested in a set as well. We are both in the Bay Area.

Byrdman, I am following your project with great interest. Please keep the pictures coming. Your craftsmanship and vision has me on the edge of my seat. I can't wait to see the engine and high pipes mounted. Thanks for sharing, Scram64

Thanks for the compliments guys!

I actually finished the bike last night and took it to a VJMC bike show today - talk about down to the wire. I entered in the jap. 499 and under class and took second place! I absolutely lost my mind. I won a cool little clutch basket trophy and a membership to the VJMC. Needless to say this has been an awesome weekend.

I'll post up some other completion pics when I take some but here is one from the show.
