I think i just misread the "US" in the part number to be something related to the USA when I think it just refers to Ultra Sonic....... :-)

G, you ALMOST make me want to buy an ultrasonic cleaner, and partially strip down my Hawk to get the (wonderful) results you've gotten on your parts! Very, very amazing!!! Thank you for the information on the solution, too.

You are welcome! I wouldn't take the bike apart just to clean it!

If you do get one, be aware that the solution is quite aggressive at removing oil and grease from things, including your fingers. Rubber gloves are a must if you want to be able to use your phone or a keyboard afterwards.....

Tim Miller tells me that he has a 60 gallon one which must be really impressive..... :-)

I have used other fluids in mine to do special jobs and Allendale have a solution that 'removes oxidation' which sounds very handy.

The thing I like most is that you can make something clean and bright without taking away any of the original surface. Handlebar switchgear comes right back to nearly new condition.

Graham, that's amazing. I wish I had known about it when I was working on my bike. Oh, well.

It's a joy to see your new project coming out so beautifully. It is really terrific to see how you're doing it!
