Yes. I have them installed now. All I had to do was find a large enough bit. And I used my drill press. No worries more than likely they sent you the correct ones. Suppliers try to save the wrong parts for me;).

Not much happening right now. I work on small parts every day, like painting the shock covers and polishing bits and pieces while I wait for wheel bearings and seals. Once those are in, I'll start assembly. The gas tank is still at the painter after returning it for flaws. I'll call them next week to see where it stands. Some small parts are trickling in. I'm making a list for a largish order with Ohio Cycle, which I have never done business with before. Mostly nuts and bolts. I'm also searching for a good rear axle to replace the badly rusted one that I have. If I can't find one, I'll just grind the rust and flaking chrome off of mine and paint it.
More as it happens.

Gas tank is back and looking good. Wheel bearings and seals should be delivered today and I'm preparing the front and rear brake panels for shoe installation. I removed the front spacer panel to clear out the old grease and it got me wondering why it fits so tightly - I had to drive it out. Can anyone educate me on why it's a greased part if it can't move? Should it be able to spin?
Anyone recommend a good bearing driver set?

Started zinc plating today. I chose a small very rusty piece as a test. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a "before" picture, but I did take a "during" and an "after". Lots more to do and a bigger tank will be needed.

I've spent days cleaning and zinc plating parts, but have so much more to do. Wheel bearings are installed and I've finished replacing shock seals and oil. I also had to straighten both shafts, which really wasn't too difficult.

Thanks, Sara. I'm plodding along. I've temporarily stopped plating while waiting for a new DC power supply to arrive and other projects have taken over for now.
