Frame preservation

It is my intention to use the bike for Classic Bike track-days and Vintage parades.
I do not want to "restore " the frame, rather stabilise it in it's present form. I believe the phrase is "Patina" .
Many other bikes at these events present in a similar condition and are well received..
Suggestions please on the best way to actively preserve the frame structure, the only oxidisation present is of the lightest surface variant.

You could do like the antique people do and apply some wax all over......

Not looking for a static sealer, more of an inert corrosion converter for whole frame.... Don't want my leathers covered in waxyol ...lol

I have had good luck with Penetrol.

Just wipe it on with a rag. Surface feels a little oily at first but that pretty much goes away. It helps to bring back a bit of the luster and preserve what is still there.

Penetrol ... is this silicone based ?

It says it oil based. Beyond that I have no idea.
