my wiring harness says 1967 and the frame ser# is CL77-105057 what year would this bike be ?and

How about this?

This the kind of badge he was talking about? Looks like an official tag of some type. Or maybe for a gated neighborhood?
In the states: We don't need no stinkin' badges!! At least not yet anyway. Makes me wonder what kind of "carbon footprint" taxes these cool old bikes will be assessed in a few years.
