Thanks for the reply. The color is unusual. It's not just red, it's like burgandy with a little candy sparkle. I'm sure it was pretty flashy at one point, now it's a bit faded. It's a great project that I've held on to for about a decade, but now I doubt I'll ever get to it.

I'm selling a C72 project on Ebay, but it seems that it is pretty rare with it's "A" vin. It has matching numbers too: C72E-A10046 and C72-A10046 . Somebody thought the "A" meant "America," and was in the number section for one year (1960) until the model designation adopted the "A" and ...

Hi Everyone,

You've got to see this! A racer up in Oregon named Chuck Kraeuter built a 1/2 size replica of a Honda RC166 (the amazing 250cc six cylinder road racer) entirely from scratch.
