By flossing the carbs with a copper wire, I am assuming you mean to remove the jets, air screws and so forth and running copper wire through the openings to clean the side walls. I did air blast them ...

I am hoping you guys will have a bit of advice for me:
Left side not firing.
Exhaust: cold/cool compared to the right side
I can pull the left spark plug boot off and bike still runs, no change in engine sound. Pulling the right side kills the engine, thus running on only the right side.

Cam Chain timing questing
When you set the cam chain with the camshaft set at the punch mark, that looks like a 0 stamped into it with the pointers lined up to T on the stator. Is that the location when you set the valves or is it a rotation past that on the stator markings?
