Vintage, antique and classic license plates for you bike.

Is there any advantage if you have an old say 1965 motorcycle to find that year plate for it and register it?

I am told yes, any ideas of pros and cons?

Also any ideas where you can get 1965 Vintage, antique and classic license plate?

Does anyone know besides white & Black. What color were the Dreams painted when they came from the factory?

Here is what I am thinking long term & correct me if you think I am wrong.

I only see mostly white and some black Dreams. I was think if I do repaint to do a candy apple red.

What do you think?

Does anyone know if painting your vintage Honda another color other then stock increase or diminishes the value?

I thought it used to but today we are seeing a lot of vintage and classic cycles painted a non stock color.
